KOM 018 organized International Karl Popper debate competition from 7th December till 12th December 2015 in Nis, in cooperation with Law Faculty Nis and partner organizations from Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Poland, Romania and Denmark. After national Karl Popper debate competitions in 7 countries, the best teams met in Nis where they debated about the topics connected to hate speech. Great debaters from 7 countries showed high level of skills and knowledge, and Poland and Serbia met in the finals of the competition; after intense and very interesting debate team from Serbia won. KOM 018 thanks all the judges, partners, Law Faculty of Nis, Student parliament University of Nis, and most importantly, young debaters and we look forward to new, joint activities
