Club for Youth Empowerment 018 (KOM 018) – Serbia, together with its partner volleyball clubs: OK “Desetka” – Serbia, Athlos Orestiadas – Greece, OK FORCA VOLEJ – North Macedonia, OK  Pula – Croatia, implements project “Serve, Set, Empower: Advancing Equality Through Volleyball” in order to address issues of gender inequality through development of new and innovative guidelines for mixed-gender teams’ volleyball. This initiative will develop guidelines for promoting gender equality within team sports, specifically volleyball, using non-formal education methods; empower youth through volleyball by providing an inclusive and equal opportunity for both girls and boys to participate; and raise awareness on gender equality issues within local communities through targeted campaigns and workshops involving youth, parents, and coaches. Project activities will be organized in Croatia, Greece, North Macedonia and Serbia in the period 01.10.2025 to 31.12.2026. Project “Serve, Set, Empower” is co-financed by the European Union.
