Day of Europe in Nis was celebrated through Balkan street of European Values manifestation. Organizers of the manifestation were: City of Nis, EU Info Point Nis, Coalition Youth Initiative of Nis, Medija Center Nis, Kupina film and civil society organizations. This manifestation was traditionally organized for the second time in the Balkan street.

The opening was followed by:

European festival of civil society – more than 30 organizations and institutions distributed their promo material and EU material.
Hate Fighters dance program – Stop hate speech choreography performed by KOM 018 and its volunteers
Rock concert – with the bands: Jam Station, from Niš and CRUSH from Sofia, Bulgaria.
Quiz for primary school pupils “What do I know about Europe” – 12 primary schools from Nis competed. The winner is the team of “Sveti Sava” primary school.
Debate – Youth about Europe – Representatives of Delegation of EU Ramunas Janusauskas facilitated the debate and responded to the questions about EU
