We are excited to announce the release of the Media Literacy Empowered Manual, a key outcome of the “Media Literacy Empowered” project. This manual offers a comprehensive approach to enhancing media literacy among young people, educators, and youth workers across Europe. The manual is available in 4 languages English, Serbian, Italian and Spanish.
The project, implemented by Beyond Borders – Italy, in cooperation with Club for Youth Empowerment 018 (KOM 018) – Serbia, and Asociacion Socio-Cultural VerdeSur Alcala (ASCVA) – Spain, focuses on the development of innovative methodologies to empower young people to critically engage with media. Funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ Program, the project spans three countries: Italy, Serbia, and Spain, and runs from June 2023 to October 2024.

- Youth-Friendly Methodologies: The manual provides practical tools and methods to improve media literacy, designed specifically for young people.
- Combatting Oppressive Content: One of the key focuses is educating youth to identify and challenge harmful media content.

This manual is part of a larger effort to raise awareness about the importance of ethical media consumption and coverage, while promoting critical thinking in the digital age.
