From 26 to 28 February, the first Democracy Seminar took place in Bor, bringing together young participants from different cities to explore democratic values, civic engagement, and political participation. Through interactive workshops, group debates, simulations, and case studies, participants discussed the challenges young people face in engaging with democratic processes and developed practical ideas to increase youth participation in their communities. At the end of the seminar, participants created follow-up initiatives and local action plans aimed at promoting democratic values and encouraging greater civic engagement among young people. This seminar marks the first event in a series of four cities, spreading knowledge and inspiring youth to become more active in shaping their communities.
