We talked about making programmes that truly reflect young people\u2019s needs, and how important it is to build strategies based on facts, not assumptions. It was a meaningful space to share, connect, and think critically about the direction of youth work in Europe.<br \/>\nThanks to the RAY network for making this space possible, and special thanks to
