Let’s invest in preventing violence against women and girls” is the theme of this year’s campaign “Orange the World \u2013 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence,” starting on November 25, International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, and ending on December 10, International Human Rights Day. Unfortunately, violence against women and girls remains one of the most prevalent forms of human rights violations worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\ud83d\udd36\"Despite the strong surge of women’s voices and increasing initiatives to connect women in the online environment, we witness the promotion of extremely patriarchal and misogynistic views both on the internet and beyond. Whether in media, pop culture, or social networks, women in these new digital spaces are anything but safe. As part of the live Tampon zone in Ni\u0161 on November 28, at @euinfonis, we will try to identify the causes of this phenomenon and explore mechanisms to address it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
