In the period from 21st<\/sup> to 28th<\/sup> May 2022, the first training within the DiaLog project, supported by the Erasmus + program of the European Union, was organized in Nis. The training involved 25 young people from Serbia, Italy, Northern Macedonia, Greece, Lebanon, Morocco, Tunisia and Jordan who had the opportunity to learn and exchange knowledge about different cultures but also to acquire skills related to combating discrimination, interethnic and interreligious conflicts through non-formal education and creative methods. During the training, participants created a set of promotional tools in the form of concept photos, graphics and one song with video. Through the mentioned products, young people expressed their views and understanding of the importance of intercultural dialogue in peacebuilding activities and promoting tolerance. In the following period, all participants of the training will have the task to transfer all the acquired knowledge to their peers in their local communities, so that all the mentioned messages reach as many young people as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Club for Youth Empowerment 018 (KOM 018), Serbia in cooperation with Beyond Borders \u2013 Italy, Council for Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency (SPPMD) \u2013 North Macedonia, Hellenic Youth Participation \u2013 Greece, Youth Spirit Center \u2013 Jordan, Youth Development Organization \u2013 Lebanon, Euro-Med EVE Maroc \u2013 Morocco and Euro-Med EVE \u2013 Tunisia implements \u201cDiaLog\u201d project. The project brings together youth workers and young people from Program and Partner countries (Region 3) to explore methods in youth work and develop new forms of youth work for working on the issue of intercultural dialogue and tolerance. Consortium organizes \u201cDiaLog\u201d project for youth workers and young people from Greece, Jordan, Italy, Lebanon, Morocco, North Macedonia, Serbia and Tunisia who will gain specific skills and competences in the field of intercultural dialogue and tolerance through non-formal education and use of creative tools – concept graphics, photo and music; trained youth workers will test and multiply newly adopted competencies in their local communities among young people. Moreover, the project will deliver DiaLog mobile app \u2013 a game where young people can compete and learn more about intercultural dialogue and tolerance. Project is implemented in the period 01.02.2022 \u2013 31.01.2024. and is co-financed by Erasmus Plus Program, EU – Capacity building in the field of youth (ERASMUS-YOUTH-2021-CB). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
