We are proudly presenting to you \u201cIt\u2019s time! program platform \u2013 youth work and gender perspective\u201d manual that gathers the work of youth workers and young people from 8 participating countries. It includes:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
– Examples and methodology of the thematic workshops on gender related issues that can be used in the work with young people<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
– Examples and methodology of the creative workshops on the use of video production, music and stop animation and the use of these methods for a social change in the field of gender equality and promotion of the same<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
– Introduction of the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) an autonomous body of the European Union, established to contribute to and strengthen the promotion of gender equality<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
– Set of recommendations on gender related issues developed through focus groups done with young people in Albania, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, Macedonia and Serbia<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
– Presentation of the documents: Istanbul Convention: combating violence against women<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
– Presentation of the national laws and legislation on gender related issues of the 8 countries participating in the project<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
With this document, consortium of \u201cIt\u2019s Time!\u201dproject would like to contribute to promotion of gender equality at the European level and greater engagement of youth workers and young people in this field.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Project \u201cIt\u2019s Time! \u2013 Chapter 2\u201d is implemented by Club for Youth Empowerment 018 (KOM 018) from Serbia, in cooperation with Beyond Borders \u2013 Italy, SPPMD \u2013 North Macedonia, Art Republic Prague \u2013 Czech Republic, Cooperbom Turismo \u2013 Brazil, C\u00edrculo Ra\u00edces Sardas \u2013 Argentina and AUDELE \u2013 Uruguay. Project will bring together youth workers, activists and young people from Europe and Latin America to work and take action in gender related issues: to explore video production, photography and music as methods in youth work in gender related project and activities and develop new forms of youth work for treating the topic of gender inequalities and gender-based violence; to deepen their knowledge and improve their skills to organize awareness campaigns and to motivate young people to take active participation in the promotion of gender equality and combat against gender based violence; to develop the second edition of \u201cIt\u2019s Time! platform \u2013 youth work and gender perspective\u201d manual. Project is implemented in the period 01.11.2019 to 31.03.2022. in 8 countries \u2013 Serbia, Italy, North Macedonia, Czech Republic, Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina. It is supported by Erasmus Plus program of the EU, through Capacity Building in the Field of Youth.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
