The project deals with\nthe support and reintegration of returnees from the European Union countries,\nas well as potential migrants in these two cities. The project would provide\nthe Roma with the possibility of employment, i.e. active involvement in the\nlocal community. The set of activities includes research on returnees and potential\nmigrants, information and motivational workshops for members of the Roma\ncommunity in Leskovac and Lebane, vocational training for returnees and\npotential migrants to acquire knowledge and skills in various jobs, business\nstart-up and association training, start-up support and support during start up\nof business. Encouraging employment would reduce the departure of Roma abroad,\nand returnees would be given the opportunity and motivation to stay and live in\ntheir own country.
