It was great opportunity to present the activities and the results of the HFN Work Plan 2016, supported by <a class=\"profileLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/europeanyouthfoundation\/\" data-hovercard=\"\/ajax\/hovercard\/page.php?id=658383300896167\" data-hovercard-prefer-more-content-show=\"1\">European Youth Foundation<\/a>, <a class=\"profileLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/councilofeurope\/\" data-hovercard=\"\/ajax\/hovercard\/page.php?id=42276542714\" data-hovercard-prefer-more-content-show=\"1\">Council of Europe<\/a>.
