Equality means recognizing the same effort, same dedication, and same value - in sport and beyond.
Through mixed-gender volleyball, girls and boys have the opportunity to play together, support each other, develop their skills, and learn that respect, fairness, and equal opportunities are essential in every part of sport.
Within the Erasmus+ Sport Small-scale Collaborative Partnership project “Serve, Set, Empower: Advancing Equality Through Volleyball”, Club for Youth Empowerment 018 (KOM 018) from Serbia, together with partner volleyball clubs Odbojkaški Klub "Desetka" from Serbia, ΑΘΛΟΣ Ορεστιάδας athlos.club from Greece, OK FORCA VOLEJ from North Macedonia, and OK PULA - Volleyball club Pula from Croatia, works on promoting gender equality through volleyball, non-formal education, local workshops, campaigns, and inclusive sport activities.
The project is implemented in Croatia, Greece, North Macedonia, and Serbia from 01.10.2025 to 31.12.2026 and is co-financed by the European Union.
