SERBIAN LANGUAGE REPORT
We are pleased to share our latest comparative report on the monitoring of Hate and Harmful Discriminatory Discourse (HDD) online across five countries: Albania, Serbia, Italy, Bulgaria, and Tunisia.
The report presents key findings from 2024–2025, including trends in online hate, the most targeted groups, the main digital platforms involved, and the impact on young people’s mental health. It also highlights the role of institutions and civil society in addressing harmful online content and promoting digital resilience.
This publication is a valuable resource for youth workers, educators, researchers, policy makers, and anyone interested in understanding how online hate is evolving and how it can be challenged through education, monitoring, and youth engagement.
LIFE – Living Safely in a Digital World is a 2-year capacity-building in the field of Youth Erasmus+ project between five partner organizations – @amad_center from Albania, Младежко европейско общество / Youth European Society – YES from Bulgaria, @beyondbordersitaly from Italia, @kom018.nis.serbia from Serbia and @asso.eve_euromed from Tunisia.
The aim of Living Safely in a Digital World (LIFE) project, proposed by this consortium is to increase the resilience of the young generation on facing the risks of the digitalization and its impact in their everyday life through empowering youth organizations to be involved in policy dialogue and use non-formal learning in their work with the young people.
Project LIFE is implemented in the period: 01.11.2023 to 31.10.2025 in 5 countries: Serbia, Bulgaria, Italy, Tunisia and Albania. Project is supported by the European Union through the European Commission in the Erasmus+ capacity building in the field of youth program.
