Club for Youth Empowerment 018 (KOM 018) – Serbia, together with partner volleyball clubs Odbojkaški Klub “Desetka” (Serbia), Athlos Orestiadas (Greece) ΑΘΛΟΣ Ορεστιάδας athlos.club, OK FORCA VOLEJ (North Macedonia) Gazeli Volley, and OK PULA – Volleyball club Pula (Croatia), officially started this inspiring initiative aimed at addressing gender inequality through volleyball.

During the kick-off meeting, partners discussed and made plans for upcoming project activities — and we can’t wait to share all the great things coming in the near future!

This initiative will develop guidelines for promoting gender equality within team sports, specifically volleyball, using non-formal education methods; empower youth through volleyball by providing an inclusive and equal opportunity for both girls and boys to participate; and raise awareness on gender equality issues within local communities through targeted campaigns and workshops involving youth, parents, and coaches. Project activities will be organized in Croatia, Greece, North Macedonia and Serbia in the period 01.10.2025 to 31.12.2026. Project “Serve, Set, Empower” is co-financed by the European Union.
