📘 The new manual for promoting gender equality in team sports is available!
As part of the Empowered Female Coaches of Team Sports project, methodologies and tools are being developed to support and empower women in coaching, intended for sports organizations, federations and everyone who works with women and girls in sports. The project aims to remove obstacles and provide support to active and former female athletes on their way to a coaching career.
🌍 Through the exchange of examples of good practice from six European countries, the project focuses on combating sexist and discriminatory behavior, developing support for female coaches and raising awareness of the challenges they face.

Barcel'hona Sport Events 🇪🇸, in cooperation with KOM 018 🇷🇸, IWA Sport 🇮🇪, Futebola 🇵🇹, RSZZ - Zagreb County Handball Association 🇭🇷 and Educazione Benessere 🇮🇹, proudly presents the project "Empowered Female Coaches of Team Sports" - an important step towards gender equality in sports, with a special focus on empowering women in the coaching business.
