Field work, exchange of good practices and final promotion through project “Mobile legal assistance in South Serbia” were implemented in regular and extraordinary circumstances due to the fact that part of the project was implemented during the state of emergency in the Republic of Serbia. These project activities were organized in accordance with measures to prevent the spread of the virus and in accordance with the recommendations to protect students, lawyers, professors / assistants and users of mobile legal support from the spread of the virus and potential infection. The epidemiological situation in the country has not jeopardized the work of providing mobile legal support, but has further strengthened the capacity for already difficult field work. The project is implemented by KOM 018 in cooperation with the Faculty of Law Niš and the Association of Roma “Prokuplje”, with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
