At the beginning of 2020 KOM 018 team was preparing for very busy year in which we started a lot of new projects and initiatives, but we couldn’t dream how much life and our way of work will suddenly be changed. We had to learn as we go in order to adjust to the “new normal” which included: preventive measures, restrictions, masks and zoom in order to be there for young people for which our organization exists. In the series of posts, we will describe many challenges which came on our way and how we used 365 lemons to make a lot of good and empowering lemonade.

Still in 2020 there were some very nice events, we visited 7 countries in total, we organized 3 international and 2 local trainings and dozens creative workshops, renovated our office completely, celebrated birthdays and approved projects, we volunteered, learned how to use new platforms and tools for work with young people and created a lot of shared memories which, now, we want to share with you.
