Throughout the seminar, participants explored the connection between gender equality and democracy, discussed the barriers women face in political participation, and reflected on the role of media in shaping public discourse.
Beyond gaining new knowledge, the seminar encouraged young people to think critically, share their perspectives, and become more confident in taking an active role in democratic life. Take a look at some of the moments that made this experience so meaningful.
Club for Youth Empowerment 018 from Niš, together with partner organizations Okular Ćićevac, Connecting Pančevo, Društvo Roma Prokuplje and Izoar Bor will implement the project “DemocracyLab”. The project is implemented in a period of 15 months on the topics of Democracy, Democracy in media, Democracy in gender equality and Democracy in solving conflicts, using non-formal methodologies for empowering, promoting and developing youth participation in active democratic process. This project is Co-funded by European Union.
